1. Definitions and Interpretation

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Account" means the unique player account created and maintained by you with phboss, containing your personal information, transaction history, gaming activity, and account balance denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free credit, free spin, cashback, reward, or other incentive provided by phboss to players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer.
• "Gaming Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, virtual games, and other gambling products offered through the phboss platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing legal gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the phboss website, mobile applications, software, and all associated systems through which Gaming Services are delivered to players.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, wager, bet, or financial activity conducted through your phboss Account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as required by Philippine law. phboss strictly prohibits underage gambling. You further warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Our Gaming Services are intended exclusively for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You warrant that you are physically located within Philippine territory when accessing phboss services. You agree not to access phboss Gaming Services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.

2.3 Account Creation and Verification

To use phboss Gaming Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to provide genuine personal details including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact information, and valid government-issued identification documents when requested for verification purposes. You are permitted only one (1) Account per person. Creating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances across all accounts.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, phboss reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, national ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days of request. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3. Account Security and Responsible Use

3.1 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to use a strong, unique password and to safeguard your login credentials from unauthorized access. You must immediately notify phboss of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. phboss shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.

3.2 Account Usage Restrictions

Your phboss Account is personal and non-transferable. You agree not to: (a) allow any third party to access or use your Account; (b) sell, transfer, or assign your Account to another person; (c) use your Account for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (d) use automated systems, bots, or software to access or interact with phboss Gaming Services; (e) collude with other players or engage in any form of fraudulent betting activity; or (f) exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or system malfunctions for personal gain.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination: money laundering or other financial crimes; use of stolen credit cards or fraudulent payment methods; bonus abuse or violation of promotional terms; hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to compromise Platform security; harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct toward phboss staff or other players; creation of multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions; organized crime or syndicate gambling operations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

phboss accepts deposits through various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank), and cryptocurrency. All Account balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly for e-wallet methods or within minutes to hours for bank transfers during banking hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Policies

You may withdraw funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to identity verification completion and wagering requirement fulfillment for any active bonuses. Withdrawals must be processed using the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 for e-wallet methods and PHP 500 for bank transfers. phboss reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000. Standard withdrawal processing times are: GCash/PayMaya (15 minutes to 2 hours), Bank Transfer (same business day if requested before 3:00 PM Manila time), Cryptocurrency (within 24 hours).

4.3 Fees and Currency

phboss does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees beyond our control. All Gaming Services are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a foreign currency, your bank or payment provider will convert to PHP at their prevailing exchange rate.

4.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited to your phboss Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. phboss reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions and reporting to Philippine financial authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

phboss offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the time of the offer. You agree to read and comply with all promotional terms before accepting any bonus. In case of disputes regarding game outcomes, phboss game logs shall be considered the definitive record of all gameplay events.

All content on the phboss Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, game designs, and trademarks, are the property of phboss or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use phboss Gaming Services for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree not to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from phboss software; remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings; use phboss trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

While phboss strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. We reserve the right to suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. phboss shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phboss's liability to you for any damages arising from your use of Gaming Services shall be limited to the amount of funds in your Account at the time of the claim. phboss shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

8.3 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means. phboss provides responsible gaming tools but you remain ultimately responsible for your gambling decisions and their financial consequences.

9. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding phboss services, you agree to first contact our customer support team through live chat, email, or phone. We commit to investigating all complaints thoroughly and responding within seven (7) business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with their published dispute resolution procedures. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by phboss

phboss reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; you engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; you provide false or misleading information during registration or verification; you are found to be under 21 years of age; we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive; or we determine in our sole discretion that continued service provision is inadvisable. Upon termination, any remaining Account balance (excluding forfeited funds from violations) will be returned to you via your original deposit method after deduction of applicable fees.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your phboss Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Account balance will be returned to you, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at phboss's sole discretion and after thorough review.

11. Amendments and Modifications

phboss reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email, Platform notification, or announcement on our website. Your continued use of phboss Gaming Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using phboss services and close your Account. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and phboss regarding your use of Gaming Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without phboss's prior written consent. phboss may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction.

12.4 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In case of any discrepancy between English and translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
